Private Temp Mail provides free, temporary disposable email addresses. The service allows you to receive emails at randomly generated or custom addresses without registration. All messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service to:

  • Send, receive, or facilitate spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Engage in any illegal activity or facilitate fraud
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
  • Violate the rights of any third party
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack our infrastructure

3. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Email delivery is not guaranteed. Do not use this service for critical communications.

4. Data Retention

All emails are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not archive, back up, or retain messages beyond this period. Email addresses are not reserved — once an inbox is closed, the address may be reused by others. Do not rely on this service for permanent storage of any information.

5. No Privacy of Inboxes

Temporary email addresses are not private or secure. Anyone who knows an email address can view its inbox. Do not use this service to receive sensitive, confidential, or personal information.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Private Temp Mail be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed communications, or unauthorized access to your temporary inbox.

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. Email domains may change without prior announcement.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
